Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and review medical histories
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, X-rays)
Diagnose acute and chronic health conditions
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and provide patient education on proper use
Maintain accurate health records and oversee patient progress
Educate patients and families on disease prevention and overall wellness
Advocate for good health practices and promote patient-centered care
Stay current with medical advancements and best practices
What We're Looking For
Licensed Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred)
Strong background in primary care, acute care, and chronic disease management
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Problem-solving skills, patience, and adaptability
