Nurse Practitioner - 4 days - 8-5pm

Successful private practice with 12 physicians and 9 mid-levels is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to support our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a Cardiology/Vascular background, preferred but not required.

The Nurse Practitioner, through involvement in clinical consultation and direct patient care and some TELEMED, assesses and improves the patient care process for a defined population along the continuum of care.
