Nursing Unit Supervisor [3 East Medical Telemetry]

SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating the operation of the assigned clinical area on a daily basis. Oversees the delivery of professional nursing services which will address the physical, psycho-social, spiritual, cultural, developmental, and age-appropriate needs for each individual patient/family.

Required Education/Training: Graduate from a school of nursing
Required Experience: Three (3) years' clinical nursing experience; advanced training and experience in specialty
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Registered Nurse with eligibility to work in the state of MO; BLS

Preferred Education/Training: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), ENMO; graduate from an accredited nursing program
Preferred Experience: Recent supervisor experience preferred; Charge Nurse experience preferred
Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: ACLS; RN,C; CNA (Nursing Administration
