Occupational Therapist

We are currently hiring for a PRN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to work within our Rehabilitation Services Department.

Compensation Range:
$45.66 - $73.05 per hour

The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (highly preferred)
  • Current Colorado Occupational Therapy license required
  • Current BLS certification through American Heart Association required

Position Overview:

Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering of occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and occupational agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. The occupational therapist participates in operational aspects of the department, maintains improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities.
