OT needed asap for 13 weeks
8 hrs Days, 7- 4pm with rotating weekends
Facility Setting? Acute rehab
1-2 years experience
AZ lic required
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes, medsurg, ICU
• Number of beds in your facility? 12
• Preferred experience level? any
• EMR for your facility: Redoc, MEdhost
• Scrub colors / dress code: Royal Blue
• Parking Location: employee parking – by ER entrance

Facility Location
Fort Mohave got its name from a nearby fort that was used during the Mohave War. This small town is a small suburb of Bullhead City. There is an ice cream parlor, a hardware store and pharmacy in Fort Mohave, as well as several restaurants and fast food outlets, although the residents of this small town go to Bullhead City for entertainment and to do most of their shopping and dining.
