Pay Rate: $1532.75 - $1679.50



OT needed asap
Shift: Days
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 guaranteed/40 scheduled. **NOTE: ANY overtime must be pre-approved
• Weekend Hours: Varies
• Required Certifications: NM State OT License, BLS
Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year experience as Occupational Therapist
Preferred Skillset/Experience: PREFERRED ACUTE and critical care experience, BHU experience
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Medical, Orthopedic (fractures, elective surgeries), Neuro (CVA, SCI), trauma
• Required Education: Based on NM Licensing Board

• Additional Notes:
Hours: TBD w/Unpaid 30 min lunch break 1230-1300 **NOTE: Time off/Holidays: TBD
Days of Week: Varies. ACUTE Rehab Dept provides 7 day/week services.
Mandatory Meetings: Expected to attend, if occurs during UNPAID 30 min lunch break, will adjust timecard to reflect and convert to PAID
Dress code: Dark Gray(Pewter) top and Black pants. Scrubs or polo/button up. No jeans.
ALL Required Vaccinations verified
EHR: Cerner


Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-NM
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
Scrub Colors: Dark Gray(Pewter) top and Black pants. Scrubs or polo/button up. No jeans.
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year


Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED ACUTE and critical care experience, BHU experience
