Occupational Therapist - Long-term Acute Care - (OT - Acute)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1648.30 - $1806.12



OT needed asap for 13 weeks
5 days a week to include at least 2 Saturdays/month
Facility Setting? ARU- acute rehab
1-2 years experience
CO lic required
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes, would be great to have the opportunity to float to Denver and Aurora LTACH if needed
Number of beds in your facility? 13
Preferred experience level? 1 year or greater preferred, prior rehab experience
Is there anyone in the past that has worked for you that you would consider rehiring? This would be our first OT Traveler
EMR for your facility: Prodoc/Protouch/Nethealth
Scrub colors / dress code: black or navy blue
Parking Location: Parking lot connected to hospital

Occupational Therapist, Long Term Acute Care
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-CO
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year

Preferred experience level? Acute care experience
