Occupational Therapist - Pediatric - (OT - Pedi - Peds)

Pay Rate: $1475.18 - $1699.67



OT needed asap
Specialty: Pediatrics Outpatient
Hours: 7:00 am - 5:30pm; Breaks: Unpaid 30 min lunch break 1230-1300
**NOTE: Time off/Holidays: TBD
Days of Week: Mon-Thursday
Mandatory Meetings: Expected to attend, if occurs during UNPAID 30 min lunch break, will adjust timecard to reflect and convert to PAID
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 guaranteed/40 scheduled
**NOTE: ANY overtime must be pre-approved
*Traveler can apply without NM license and obtain license during OB process
Required Certifications: NM State OT License, BLS
Years of Experience: 1.
ALL Required Vaccinations verified
Required Education: Based on NM State Licensing Board
Patient Ratios: 10-14 scheduled patients per day
EHR: Cerner
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Medical-IE Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, Autism, preemie babies
Dress code: Dark Gray(Pewter) top and Black pants. Scrubs or polo/button up. No jeans


Required Qualifications
