Occupational Therapist (ref:24320)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population across all ages, from pediatric to geriatric.

Position Highlights:

Full-time role in both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings.
Treat a wide range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric.
Collaborate closely with fellow Occupational Therapists and a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Manage an average caseload of 10-12 patients daily, ensuring optimal and personalized care.
Primarily outpatient-focused, occasional inpatient coverage is required during high census periods, vacations, or weekend rotations (2-3 times per year on average).
Diverse caseload with a mix of Orthopedic (70%), Neurological (25%), and Mobility Assessment cases (5-10%).

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Salary: $31.92 - $46.13 per hour, commensurate with experience.
