Occupational Therapist, Rehab
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

" OT Experience - Required
" Primarily inpatient, some outpatient & acute care - Required
" Peds Experience - Required
" ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
" Lymphedema Experience - Preferred (Please notate in packet)
