Our orthopedic team is growing, and we're looking for a skilled and motivated physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) to join us in delivering top-tier musculoskeletal care.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced orthopedic PA or NP to work closely with our orthopedic surgeons and healthcare team in both clinic and surgical settings. Key Responsibilities
• ️ Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
• ️ Assist in surgical procedures, joint injections, casting, splinting, and post-operative care
• ️ Develop and implement treatment plans for fractures, sports injuries, arthritis, and orthopedic conditions
• ️ Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and primary care providers to optimize patient outcomes
• ️ Educate patients on injury prevention, post-surgical recovery, and rehabilitation
• ️ Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational policies
• ️ Contribute to growth initiatives and process improvements within the orthopedic department
What You Need
• PA-C or NP certification with licensure (or eligibility) in North Carolina
• 1+ years of experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or musculoskeletal care preferred
• Strong clinical and procedural skills, including joint injections, casting, and first-assist in surgery
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
• Passion for patient-centered orthopedic care and practice expansion
