PD Pharmacist
Job Overview:
The Pharmacist is responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care to all patient age groups (including geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric and neonatal patients). They are responsible for the preparation, dispensing and monitoring of both the prescribing and effectiveness of all medications and IV admixtures. They exercise considerable independent decision-making. Provide advanced clinical services to assigned specialty area.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Completion of course at an accredited School of Pharmacy, with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Preferred:
- Hospital pharmacy experience desirable
Certifications and Licenses Required:
- Licensed NJ Pharmacist
