PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Position Summary:

Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team. Reports to the Clinical Field Staff Supervisor.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

Required Course(s)/Training: Program in physical therapy

Required Certification/Registration: Registered Physical Therapist, Current WV Physical Therapist licensure

Physical Demands: Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing/walking

Lifts, positions, pushes and/or transfers patients

Lifts supplies/equipment

Working Conditions: Subject to varying and unpredictable situations

Handles emergency or crisis situations

Travel required
