Physical Therapist
Salary: New graduates start at $72,100 per year and experienced Physical Therapists will be offered a salary commensurate with experience and relevant certifications. All Physical Therapists are eligible to receive quarterly productivity bonuses. Full-time Physical Therapists will be eligible for a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Evaluate and treat all patients referred for physical therapy in our state-of-the-art outpatient clinics with top-of-the-line equipment and modalities.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapy providers and other departments regarding evaluative findings and patient needs.
- Complete and submit all documentation and reports pertaining to patient evaluations and treatment plans.
Professional Qualifications Required:
- Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Current, unrestricted, Ohio licensure
- Patient centered focus, with a strong work ethic and commitment to helping our patients get back to doing the things they love!
