Physical Therapist

*Pediatric Physical Therapist Job Summary: *We are seeking Physical Therapists to join our Early Intervention team! You will provide home-based services to children ages birth to 3. We are looking for therapists that are passionate about helping young children achieve their maximum development. You will have the special opportunity to directly involve parents in your therapy sessions.

*Pediatric Physical Therapist Pay & Perks:*

● *Salary from $90.00 - $105.00 per hour (contract, per diem, and part time available).*

● Schedule Monday - Friday, no nights

● A strong mentorship program with clinical supervisors who have extensive experience in all clinical areas.

● Flexible scheduling with office staff that pay close attention to your scheduling preferences

● Choose the towns & zipcodes that work best for you. Extra emphasis to maximize the geographic location and days of service on your caseload.

● Administrative staff work closely with therapists to maintain time-efficient caseloads

● Payment to therapists twice per month via direct deposit

● No minimum caseload requirement

*Pediatric Physical Therapist Requirements:*

● Valid state license *required*

● Masters degree *required *

● Minimum 1 year PT experience

● Minimum 1 year pediatric experience

*Pediatric Physical Therapist Duties & Responsibilities:*

● Coordinating schedule of session with the family

● Providing home-based intervention – involving the child’s parents and caregivers in your therapy session. Intervention is based on a plan of care developed by a multidisciplinary evaluation team

● Follow plan of care developed by the Evaluation Team

● Focus on the child’s motor-related milestones including: crawling, sitting, standing and walking

● Documentation of clinical session in a web-based documentation system

● Conference with the Service Coordinator and other members of the child’s intervention team
