Work Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts per week, 36-40 hours guaranteed

Barton Healthcare Staffing is working with a client to fill an exciting travel Physical Therapist position in Washington state. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics

- Assess patient progress, document treatments, and maintain accurate medical records

- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure trust in treatment plans

- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including a Hydro Worx pool for aquatic therapy

- Adapt to both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy needs

- Maintain a patient ratio of 1 patient per hour

- Use Meditech EHR for inpatient documentation and Web PT for outpatient records

- Participate in treatment planning for patients up to 8 weeks in advance

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, though new graduates may be considered. BLS certification and a valid Washington state license or compact license are required.
