PT needed asap for 13 weeks
Monday – Friday, occasional weekends
Facility Setting? IP
1-2 years experience
AL lic required
Number of beds in your facility? 263
Preferred experience level? Minimum 1 year
EMR for your facility: Meditech and NetHealth
Scrub colors / dress code: Teal
Parking Location: Back of building employee lots

Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
