Physical Therapist needed asap for 13 weeks
Staff Physical Therapists are responsible for direct patient care, evaluating and treating a variety of individuals based upon setting. The successful candidate will exhibit strong: customer service skills, clinical skills, documentation, and patient outcomes. They must practice with high moral and professional standards and be driven toward continuous professional development. Effective time management and teamwork skills are an essential quality that will allow success in contributing to the operation of the Health System. Have responsibilities towards supervision, and development, of assistants involved in the care of their patients.

Outpatient Physical Therapist for Pediatrics and Neuro patient population. This position completes bothh evaluation and treatment as well as supervision of support staff (PTA.)
This position works closely with the multidisciplinary team including co-treatment if indicated.
OH lic required
3 years experience
BLS


Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 3 years
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
