Physical Therapy Assistant to provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatment.
MT lic required
3 years experience
EMR: EPIC

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Home Health
Experience: 3 years
Licenses: PTA(Compact Accepted)
AND
Physical Therapist Assistant, Acute
Experience: 3 years
AND
Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient
Experience: 3 years
SSN Required
DOB Required

All travelers are required to wear a Clark Fork Valley Hospital employee badge.
All Travelers must use our Electronic time system to clock in and out.
