Pay Rate: $1422.46 - $1558.66



PTA - outpatient needed asap for 13 weeks
SHIFTS: Starts between 0800-0830; 8 hour days. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. No Weekends, Holidays or Call.
Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.
Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. If traveler is required to float (unlikely) they will float to support local OP Rehab facilities.
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for Outpatient Department
Traveler must havepermanent address outside of radius rule of 75 miles. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for
approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
at least one years’ experience current required in outpatient physical therapy. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.
Must have successfully completed at least two 13-week travel assignment.
When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
CERTIFICATIONS: Must have a New Mexico PTA License. - BLS/BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training

Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
