Pay Rate: $1407.00 - $1622.00



PTA needed asap for 13 weeks
Mon-Fri, Days
New Grad are okay.
SNF Experience preferred
Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
Drive time is $25.00/hr between facilities on the same day – must be in Rehab Optima


Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
SSN Required
DOB Required

New Grad are okay.
SNF Experience preferred
