Available Shifts: 8 D, 10 D
Pay Rate: $1341.42 - $1545.54



PTA - SNF, OP, IP needed asap for 13 weeks
Dayshift - 5-8's or 4-10's with weekend coverage every 4 weeks.
Must be licensed in Washington State
BLS
SNF, IP, OP experience required


Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Acute
Licenses: PTA(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled
AND
Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient
SSN Required
DOB Required
