Pay Rate: $1983.95 - $2173.90



PT- HH, OP, IP needed asap for 13 weeks
M-F DAYS
Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy for modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:
· Current Iowa Physical Therapy licensure, graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or equivalent.
· Previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy preferred.
· Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS required. New employees certify within three (3) months after hire date.
· Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
· Strong written and verbal skills.
· Basic computer knowledge.
· Knowledge of physical medicine, physical therapy modalities, anatomy and physiology.
· Knowledge of physical therapy machine operation, maintenance and repairs of same.

Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

Physical Therapist, Acute

Physical Therapist, Outpatient
SSN Required
DOB Required
