Physical Therapist - Home Health needed asap for 13 weeks
8a-4:30p Monday - Friday
Required Skills & Experience:
-Must be able to lift and position clients and perform treatment modalities.
-High level of interpersonal skill is required to effectively interface with clients and physicians.
-Must have reliable transportation and a telephone.
-Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required to relieve pain and/or restore physiological function.
-Requires current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Michigan.
-Must possess a current State of Michigan driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
-Current BLS certification
REQUIRED: MIN 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE
MASTERS IN PHYSICAL THERAPY ** REQUIRED: CURRENT MICHIGAN DRIVERS LICENSE AND SATISFACTORY DRIVING RECORD (If your candidate is a true traveler this can be discussed) ** REQUIRED: BLS MILEAGE IS REIMBURSABLE CANDIDATES WILL NEED A MASTER'S DEGREE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO CONVERT
