Type: Fulltime

Shift: 32-40 hours/week with varying early morning or later afternoon shifts

4 x10-hour shifts are also available

Location: Lafayette, CO

Responsibilities:

Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan

Create a warm, welcoming, and customer service-based environment

Communicate well with patients and fellow PTs

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctor degree in an accredited physical therapy curriculum

Certification in Physical Therapy and a valid state license to practice
