Available Shifts: 8 D, 10 D
Pay Rate: $1425.50 - $1642.43



NC license for Physical Therapy required. Possess and maintain Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required.
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy program required. NC license for Physical Therapy required
Certification/Licensure/Additional Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy program required. GA license for Physical Therapy required o Not Required, but HIGHLY preferred: o Submittal Packet Requirements: Cover Sheet (Found in Egnyte), Resume, Proof of Required Certifications/Licensure o Additional Notes (If Applicable): Attire: Slacks and Polos. (Khaki, Blue, Black, or Grey slacks)(Teal & Black Polos Provided)
