Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $2140.81 - $2345.78



PT needed asap for 13 weeks
HIFT: 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday, intermittent weekends.
Shift start time 0800. Occasional weekend. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekends, and holidays required.
Immediate Need for a License Physical Therapist for our Acute Care Inpatient & Outpatient
Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.
Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS
Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license.
2 years’ experience in current specialty required. Must have Inpatient Experience. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
CERTIFICATIONS: Must have a PT License. - BLS/BCLS certifications required.
BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
ORIENTATION: The 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.

Licenses: PT-NM
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 2 years
SSN Required
DOB Required
