PT- outpatient needed asap for 13 weeks

Facility Setting? Hospital Based Outpatient

CA lic required
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No
Preferred experience level? Independent
EMR for your facility: Cerner
Scrub colors / dress code: Black scrubs or business casual
Parking Location: Onsite structure

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
