Job Title: Physical Therapist

Type of Facility: Outpatient Clinic

Length of Assignment: 52 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 3 days per week, 24 hours total

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and re-evaluate patients

- Oversee and cosign for one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

- Treat a diverse caseload including neurological and orthopedic cases

- Manage a patient load of 7-8 patients per day

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

- Ensure high-quality patient care and clinic operations

Requirements:

- California State Physical Therapy License

- BLS/CPR certification
