Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Location: California

Type of Facility: Outpatient Clinic

Length of Assignment: 13-26 weeks

Start Date: Early March

Work Schedule: 8a - 5p shifts from Mondays - Fridays

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and documentation

- Develop and modify treatment plans for patients

- Provide physical therapy treatments for a variety of conditions including orthopedic, sports injuries, post-operative care, and general rehabilitation

- Treat 10-12 patients per shift

- Collaborate with PTAs and clinic staff

- Utilize Cerner EMR system

- Operate standard physical therapy equipment

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

- Outpatient physical therapy experience

- Current California state license
