Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: Oregon

Type of Facility: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to patients of all ages, primarily geriatrics

- Manage a combination of outpatient home-based (80%) and inpatient (20%) care

- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio

- Collaborate with a team of 6 PTs, 2 OTs, and 1 SLP

- Utilize WebPT and Cerner EMR systems for documentation

Requirements:

- Active Oregon PT license or compact state license
