Physician Assistant - Neurosurgery

Highly successful neurosurgery program in Denver, Colorado is seeking a physician assistant to join their growing team! Be part of a group with outstanding APP culture and an excellent track record of training and retaining PAs and NPs. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in neurosurgery as a PA, however the group is also willing to train candidates with other surgical experience, or even an exceptional new graduate with a neurosurgery rotation. *Responsibilities:*
* Full-time permanent position - Neurosurgery
* Monday-Friday schedule
* Approximately 50/50 split between OR and clinic
* Work one-on-one with a fellowship trained neurosurgeon
* First-assist in the OR on spinal and cranial cases
* See patients pre-op and post-op in clinic
* On-call schedule - 1 week per month

*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in neurosurgery or another relevant surgical specialty
* Ability to obtain Colorado Physician Assistant License
* DEA License
* BLS/ACLS
