Responsibilities

This is a PRN position for coverage for sick, vacation and LOA at our Canyon Road location in Puyallup, WA.

Requirements include:

• Medical Degree
• Board Certification/Board Eligible
• Washington State Medical License and DEA in good standing with no restrictions
• Stable work history with excellent clinical outcomes
