EDUCATION

MD/DO from an accredited educational institution

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

  • North Dakota MD/DO license
  • Board certification (or Board Eligible) in Family Medicine
  • Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe controlled substances or the ability to obtain licensure
  • Current certification in CPR or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire date
