As the Primary Care Physician, you’ll play a vital role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients. You will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking medical attention and are responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses as well as preventive care and health maintenance.

*Compensation:*
· $240,000 per year (base salary plus monthly productivity bonus)
· Year end profit sharing bonus
*Job Responsibilities:*
· Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations.
· Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, injuries, and infections frequently seen in a primary care practice.
· Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referrals to specialists when necessary.
· Educate patients about preventive care measures, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
· Perform minor surgical procedures, such as suturing lacerations and removing skin lesions.
· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
· Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities to stay abreast of the latest developments in primary care medicine.
· Adhere to ethical and legal standards of medical practice and patient confidentiality.
· Comply with all Washington State licensing requirements.
*Qualifications and Skill Requirements*
* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
* Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
* Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Washington
* Unrestricted DEA and NPI
* Ability to be credentialed under with all major insurances as well as Medicare
* Proficient in use of the EMR
* Strong clinical skills and ability to make evidence-based medical decisions.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
