Location: Bellingham, Hopkinton, and Milford, MA

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: We are expanding our team and looking to add 2 more healthcare providers to our 7 clinics in the Bellingham, Hopkinton, and Milford area. Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact in our community with a schedule that supports a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to 18-21 patients per day.
• Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and efficient patient documentation.
• Work closely with scribes and dedicated office-based support staff.
• Collaborate with nurse case managers, social workers, and behavioral health support specialists to manage high-risk patients.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree and appropriate licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
