*About the Role:*
As an Infusion Nurse at Naven Health, you will be at the forefront of delivering personalized infusion care in patients' homes or alternate treatment sites. Working under the guidance of a Nurse Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring patient safety, continuity of care, and adherence to the physician’s plan.
*What You’ll Do:*
* *Provide Compassionate Care*: Perform treatments, administer medications, and offer education to patients and their families, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
* *Tailor Care Plans*: Use your professional judgment to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
* *Foster Effective Communication*: Engage with Naven Health’s clinical team, local specialty pharmacies, patients, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
* *Document with Precision*: Keep thorough, real-time documentation during visits to ensure accurate and timely communication of care.
* *Uphold Ethical Standards*: Safeguard patient confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct in line with Naven Health’s values.

*What We Need From You:*
* *Flexible Scheduling:* We require availability for at least 2 days per week, with 4-6 hour blocks, to accommodate patient visits.
* *Tech-Savvy:* You’ll need to be comfortable downloading, navigating, and working across multiple platforms and applications.
* *Clinical Expertise:* Your skills in PIVs, along with experience in safely accessing and deaccessing PICCs and ports, are essential for this role.
*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
* Active RN license in good standing.
* Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in infusion therapies, or 1 year with IV certification.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
*Physical Requirements:*
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
* Fine motor skills and visual acuity for precise treatment delivery.
*Travel Requirements:*
* You must be willing to travel 100% for this role. Typical travel time averages around 60 minutes, but it could extend to 90 minutes or more depending on patient locations and high-demand areas.

Pay: $39.98 - $66.64 per hour
