Designs and implements customized organizational learning and development interventions for assigned audiences to drive change and hardwire Commitment to Excellence expectations across Prisma Health sites and settings to include inpatient, outpatient, post-acute, academic and community. Consults and coaches' management staff and leadership team to implement and maintain evidence-based practices to meet organizational goals and support a culture of service and operational excellence. Acts as ambassador and advocate for Prisma Health mission and vision. Maintains current knowledge of best practices and theories in learning and organizational development and serves as subject matter expert for assigned audiences.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and/or experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field required.
- 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting required.
- 5 years of experience in adult education/training, HR or healthcare experience preferred
