PT Needed for Inpatient and Outpatient Rehab Setting in Illinois

Physical Therapist needed for an inpatient and outpatient position. Our hospital-based client is seeking a provider who has experience for a 11 week assignment. Client prefers 1+ years' experience. Schedule will be four 10-hour shifts, 6:45am - 5:30pm. You may be asked to cover a weekend shift. Any experience with FIM scores is a plus. From $1820.00 to $3413.00 weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
