Reference File Maintain Manager
Job Overview
Manages activities, projects and teams to ensure global and country reference databases are developed and supported to meet production requirements. Represents production view of requirements and processes.
Essential Functions
• Plans, organizes, and controls the activities to ensure viable global/country reference databases.
• Project manages developments and enhancements, leading from the production view.
• Performs and/or manages provision of business requirement analysis for enhancements and developments.
• Provides service of direct support for users of reference systems, liaising with technical support.
• May manage a team providing database management services.
• Reviews processes for improvements and implements change.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Six (6) years experience in a technical team and in a complex database management environment.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of data query tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $82,700.00 - $137,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
