Available Shifts: 8 D
How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 4. Schedule of assignment hours? M-F 8a to 5p 5. Will there be any weekend rotation? If so, how often? Yes, 2 weekend days a month. Schedule drawn up monthly with the team 6. Will there be any on call? 1 to 2 weekend days a month and back up on call 2 weekdays a month. Schedule drawn up monthly with the team 7. What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Eastern Central PA Hospice 8. What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? Berks/Schuylkill County 9. What’s creating the need for a contractor? - work load etc.. critical staffing of nurses with growing census 11.
