Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
NIHSS must be from AHA
50 mile radius rule
Proof of flu and COVID vaccination (or declination)
