RN with Surgical unit experience needed for Level 1 Adult & Pediatric Trauma center, Teaching Hospital, Magnet facility. 26 bed unit sees Orthopedic, Spine, Trauma, General Surgery patients. Ratios: 1:4-5 (days), 1:5-6 (nights)
