Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Dialysis
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
Work History: Should not be more than 0 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
SCL within the last year
trauma level, number of beds, and EMR for each facility in work history required in facility name line before we can submit
