In NC, we operate three pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are responsible for fulfilling different steps in our injectable and oral treatment supply chains. Position Purpose
Support People &Organization (P&O) projects through execution & follow-up on project management activities. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR systems to include SAP/HR & Success Factors/EC processes, reporting & data specialist. Build & maintain strong relationships across North America (NA) & global P&O. Partner with other NA COEs & operations groups, as well as local P&O teams, to ensure process alignment.
Accountabilities
- Support projects as NA Rewards Operations’ point of contact for all NA affiliates for the following systems & future upgrades: p2p, CompIT, Employee Central, AskHr (ServiceNow), SAP/HR
- Identify & implement improvements that support lean project execution
- Process improvement initiatives & cross-departmental & cross-regional collaboration
- Prepare & report out performance board metrics
- Interface with IT to identify potential impact to downstream system(s) related to changes in HR systems & upgrades
- Collaborate with Novo Nordisk DK’s HR Solution Center related to new global system implementations & upgrades to existing global systems
- Partner with the P&O Global Business Support (GBS) unit on system processes & troubleshooting data issues as required
- Provide formal & informal training to HR system users, to include SAPHR, p2p (employee portal), CompIT (comp planning tool), Success Factors/Employee Central, AskHr (ServiceNow), etc.
- Audit & ensure data quality of HR Systems
- Provide effective, accurate generation & distribution of complex reports to provide statistical summaries regarding employee pay, benefits & related information, end of month reporting, etc.
- Support annual reporting & analysis EEO, AAP, Vets, JDIG, etc.
- Prepare complex employee data for upload to annual salary planning system, to include CompIT requiring close coordination with rewards/compensation COE & rewards operations teams
- Develop high-quality standards/processes on key reporting, end-user training, system procedures & tasks
- Ensure accurate & issue-free data feeds to other HR systems as changes or implementations occur in global systems
- Serve as point of contact with GBS & AskHR agents regarding tier 2 Rewards Operations AskHr tickets
- Partner with finance to maintain & reconcile budget/headcount/JDIG/STI
- Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field of study from an accredited university required
- With P&O review/agreement, equivalent combination of education & internal NN HR/business experience may be substituted for degree as appropriate
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in human resources required
- Minimum three (3) years of proven experience in HR project execution & HR systems implementation & administration required
- High attention to detail is required to ensure data is precise & analysis conclusions are correct required
- Experience in the development of reports for ongoing stakeholder needs & maintaining data integrity by running queries & analyzing data required
- Advanced knowledge & experience in human resources information technology required
- Ability to train others required
- Ability to identify new approaches & procedures for continuous improvement required
- Proven ability to manage complex organizational changes within HR systems required
- Ability to manage interfaces associated with HR systems required
- Proven expertise in organizing information & resources for successful reporting & communications to support core processes required
- Ability to collect, review & analyze data & any trends & formulate logical conclusions & then organize & present the data in ways that enable management to make decisions required.
- Project management skills & ability to provide overall project management for HR initiatives required
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of study preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus
- SAP/HR & Success Factors experience preferred
- Knowledge of compensation & payroll processing preferred

- Constantly operates a computer & other office equipment
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally, up to 10% of the time
- Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction
- Ability to adjust schedule to work with colleagues in other international time zones
- Ability to work the hours necessary to support a 24/7 continuous manufacturing operation
