POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2-3 years experience, CA license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS previous Kaiser Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday 8-430 & 3-1130; EOW; 40
