POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES Discharge planning
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS BLS
CA license
Previous case management experience
Minimum 1years clinical experience as an RN in an acute care setting required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Interqual Knowledge
Demonstrated ability to utilize/apply the general and specialized principles, practices, techniques and methods of Utilization review/management
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday 8:00-5:30; EOW
SYSTEMS Epic
START DATE Any Monday
