*Pacific Northwest Surgery Center* is seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team.

As a Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality care and ensure smooth operations within the healthcare facility.

*Responsibilities:*

- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned shifts

- Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and transfers

- Monitor patient care plans and update as necessary

- Provide direct patient care as needed

- Assist in staff training and development

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and Surgery center standards

- Create and attend quarterly Leadership meeting

- Policy and Procedure overview

- Effective Communication skills

- Employee Performance Reviews

- Work closely with PNWSC Medical Director and Administrator

- Help out as needed in PACU

Qualifications:

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

- BLS and ACLS certifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in catheterization, airway management, and diagnostic evaluations

- Ability to lift and assist patients as required

- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $51.00 - $53.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
