Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring RNs with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in O Fallon, Illinois, and the surrounding areas. Whether it's here at home or traveling across the country, we want to connect with you to help you fuel miracles.

Home Health RN Contract Details:
- $2,000 - $2,218 per week*
- 13-week contract
- SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
- Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
- Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
- Electronic Charting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
- Current Illinois RN License
- American Heart Association BLS
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
