*Job Title:* Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical

* Location: , 100 Park St., Glens Falls, NY

* Duration : 13 weeks
* Shifts : Days: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm (12 hrs.)
* Rate Information: $ 1900 - $2350 weekly

*Job Description:*

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment during a pivotal period of Epic system conversion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Med Surg experience and proficiency with Epic.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Med Surg - 4West unit.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Float to other Med Surg units as required by patient needs and unit demands.
* Participate in the Epic system conversion, leveraging your Epic experience to facilitate a smooth transition.
* Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and perform medical procedures as needed.
* Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
* Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

*Requirements:*
* Must have prior experience with the Epic system; non-negotiable.
* Experience in Medical-surgical.
* Must be willing to float to other Med Surg units as needed.
* BLS from AHA
* RN License - NY
